From the moment we were greeted at the door by our sales consultant, Allen Williams, our overall experience was the best ever in purchasing a new vehicle. We had visited several other dealerships in the local area and there was an immediate noticeable difference of friendliness and professionalism at Joe Bullard Cadillac. Allen provided extensive knowledge of the SRX while on our test drive. Once back at the dealership, Allen introduced us to Roosevelt Harris, the new car sales Manager, and they both answered our questions regarding the SRX. Ty Bullard took the time to stop by and introduce himself, which distinguished this dealership from all others visited. We were given the information requested and allowed the time to make our decision. Negotiations were low key and no pressure. To round out our experience, Jon McCartney, Finance Manager, presented us with extended warranty options in a professional and friendly manner. We would highly recommend anyone visiting this dealership first before making any purchase. More

Curtis greeted us upon arrival and was highly educated on the cadillac SRX. He answered every question and volunteered additional information. I entered the used car department shopping for a car for my mother. There were several people in the large room, but no one looked up to make visual contact or to speak.
