I brought in my Saturn because the car would not turn off, nor could I get the key out. The original quoted fix time was less than what it actually turned out to be, but they kept me updated. Dean woun off, nor could I get the key out. The original quoted fix time was less than what it actually turned out to be, but they kept me updated. Dean wound up getting GM to foot some of the bill since it is a known manufacturing problem, which was excellent! Heather was pleasant and professional, though I (admittedly) was not as pleasant as I should have been. Overall, the car was fixed, cleaned, and returned to me within 6 hours. Well done. More
