The reason I, myself, chose to drive Cadillac is because I, too, believe in walking in excellence and integrity. As a team, you exude "customer care" and it shows each and every time I have come in for service. Even though his name isn't a pre-selection on the drop down menu; I'd like to take a moment to let the Customer Care Manager and Team know that Christian Zaccaro is truly an asset to the Joe Bullard Cadillac Family. Mr. Zaccaro has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive excellent service. It's the simple things (the details) that make the difference between excellence and mediocrity; like, returning phone calls promptly, helping load and unload my personal belongings when dropping off my SRX for service, opening the door for me to enter the guest lounge, walking me to the service desk and even allowing me to use a vacant office on a Saturday to meet one of my clients and write up a real estate contract while my car was being serviced (which closed Jan. 29th) by the way! The first person I had contact with was Ashley Allen via email. She was helpful in getting me some initial info that I wanted about a possible purchase and answered the questions that I had promptly. When I first arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Roosevelt the sales Manager and he asked how he could assist. He took my info and filled out an app which was great, because I don't enjoy doing it. In most situations a car salesperson would just hand you an app to fill out yourself. I was then introduced to Andrew and he took me on a test drive. Andrew was excited about the car as I was and did a great job pointing out all the cool features. He was enjoyable to talk to about the car, what I was trying to do, and even personal topics. There was no pressure with Andrew and he was sincere about me being happy in my potential vehicle purchase. Later that day Andrew called me with the good news that I was in a good position to make the purchase and deal I was looking for. I went back later with two of my kids to see what the dealership could offer. Andrew even helped watch my kids while I dealt with Richard on the potential terms of the car I wanted. Andrew earned his money with my 5 and 6 year old. Richard gave me a quote and I was pretty ecstatic but still wanted to be a closer to the payment I was trying to get. I expressed this to Richard and he came down off the price around $800 and threw in the lease protect package to save me money in the end. I felt great about the deal and signed up for an amazing car. It wasn't only the great deal I felt I got, but also how comfortable Andrew and the team made me feel. I have purchased four other cars in my life and have never felt this good about the whole process. I felt no pressure, and everyone seemed sincere. I would recommend Joe Bullard Cadillac to anyone and will do business with them for years to come. I will tell people to go see Andrew. In reference to the ATS I purchased. Wow!!!!! This is the first time I have had to bring my car back for the same issue over and over again. I hope that my problem is fixed this time. Because if is not I'm afraid that I will be out more money to get for the same issue over and over again. I hope that my problem is fixed this time. I have nothing again Mr. Hauge he greets me with a smile every time I bring the car back. But the whole experience has been quite a nightmare too me. I was impressed from the start with Rich Borden who was the first person I met and provided me an excellent selection of new and used models to make my choice. I had driven a 2002 Cadillac Deville for 10 years, so I was already happy with the Cadillac family and had owned/driven GM (Pontiacs before the Deville)cars since 1966. Because I perferred new over used, and because I had never leased a vehicle, Rich introduced me to Ben Jackson who provided me the pros and cons of the lease vs purchase option. I made my decision on a 3 year lease. I made my choice of the 2013 XTS. The administrative process was made flawless by the excellent knowledge and professionalism of Ben Jackson and Richard Nassar. The entire sales staff from Ty Bullard(same as when I bought a new Olsmobile Holiday 88 from his Dad and Granddad Joe Bullard in 1978), Roosevelt Harris(who presented me my Cadillac IPad),and in particular Rich Borden was outstanding.
