Took my old car in for service. Kevin was very honest with us on the cost , When we realized it would be better to purchase a new car we looked around the showroom. Leonard approached us. My husband doesn't like to be pressured by sales personel. It was raining out and the car was in the front of the dealership. Leonard drove it around where I could look at it out of the rain. He kept talking to me and sort of left Jerry alone-which was good. He didn't pressure us. When I got home I decided that was the car I really wanted and Leonard had been a great help. Jerry called Leonard and said to hold the car and we would be back the next morning. Someone was looking at the car. Leonard said he would call us back when he found out if it was still available. He called back right away. The next day we went back, by the time we got all the paperwork done and Leonard showed me how to run the car we were there almost 3 hrs. Leonard was very patient with me-going over everything. Ty came out and presented me with a new iPad-which you get when you buy an XTS. What a surprise. We were treated like Royalty by everyone!! Was informed that I'd be financing 36, instead of 42 months, negative equity I am sure. More
