In addition, the quality of the work and reasonable prices make this a favorable experience. I also have had Heather Rojas wait on me when I pay for the service. She is very courteous and has called the next day to inquire about the quality of my experience when I brought my vehicle in. Joe Bullard has a nice waiting area, complete with doughnuts, coffee, cold drinks, TV, magazines and comfortable places to sit while waiting. From time of arrival, to completion of service 3 1/2 hrs later, everyone was courteous. Even the staff that were passing through the waiting area had a smile and cheery hello, how are you?
