My 2010 DTS Cadillac overheated while driving through Mobile, Ala. on my way to a meeting in Destin, Florida. It was nearly dark, I was afraid to drive further and stopped at the nearest motel. The next morning I drove to the dealership to have the car checked. I dealt with Dean Hauge, one of the service representatives. The radiator had a leak and had to be replaced. Mr. Hauge arranged for a rental car. He and the cashier who I dealt with, Heather Rojas, could not have been more courteous and professional.
