I have bought three vehicles from Joe Cecconi Chrysler. The main reason I continue to purchase my vehicles here is because of the service department. Chris Satarian is always willing to assist with any issues and have them resolved immediately. Recently, there was a few rust spots noticed on my vehicle doors which was still under warranty. He immediately took photos requesting that the doors be painted. Once approved he called and scheduled for my vehicle to be painted. It was returned to me within a few days looking great. Both my vehicles are serviced right at this service center no matter what I need from wipers to brakes. You get what you pay for and they are reasonable in price for their outstanding service. Rob Brooks is an excellent mechanic and I only request him to service my vehicles. I truly believe that by servicing my vehicles at the Niagara Falls Service Center is why they stay in such excellent shape. THANKS AGAIN FOR GREAT SERVICE. Patty More
