Where do I start. I would never buy a car from there ever! I am a female in my late 20's and felt like they tried to take advantage of me. I was very clear on what I wanted and I had done my research before entering the building. They tried to sell me on buying a car with a special financing similar to the SMART buy from years ago. It is a glorified lease and after trying to explain to them that this wasn't an option they continued to push it, for two days. I could tell that they were getting the idea that I wouldn't be buying from there and about a week after purchasing a car from another dealership I got a letter from Joe Cecconi saying that I didn't qualify for a car at that time due to my credit score. First of all they told me my score and it falls in the very good category so that's a lie, second I never gave them permission to run my credit. We were only ever talking about possible deals NEVER did I try to buy from them, in fact when i did buy my car from west herr, they didnt run my credit until i was ready to sign! Since Joe Cecconi ran my credit through 4 different reports it then in turn showed up on my credit report when I just tried to buy a house. Overall I say this dealership is pretty shady, they lie to get you to sign on the lines. Would never recommend to anyone! More

Brought my beloved minivan in for engine light. Alex, service representative, was very helpful and stayed in touch with me. Work done the same day. I bought a used car, told the salesman i was disabled that was why i was buying the car,was a good sale price.thats where all the good experiance stops.Two months later the driver side window falls into that was why i was buying the car,was a good sale price.thats where all the good experiance stops.Two months later the driver side window falls into the door,two months and less than 1000 miles.since it is past new yorks lemon law,I guess they felt they were being nice offering to fix it for 235, that would be great if I hadnt given them 30000 for two used cars two months ago. I have rated this dealership 5 stars because when every other dealer I went to refused to finance me, this one said yes!!!! Khalil is the man!!!!!!! He bent over backwards to get me into a car despite my s other dealer I went to refused to finance me, this one said yes!!!! Khalil is the man!!!!!!! He bent over backwards to get me into a car despite my situation! I was approved within an hour and a half and drove away with my 2007 Corolla 3 hours later!!! Khalil helped me come out of a terrible situation and I appreciate him and the finance department!!!!! I love this dealership and because of Khalil, I will go NOWHERE else!!!!! Deanna More

I was looking for a used dodge caravan and I happened to see they had a few used ones on their website. I made some phone calls and they told me to come down to the store. The sales man was really nice and I was happy with my trade-in and overall price of my vehicle. I didnt feel like I was taken advantage of. I would go there again. More

I went to Joe Cecconi's and I had a wonderful experience. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice women named Jerrica. She brought me to her desk and we went over everything that I wanted and needed, then I walked in and was greeted by a very nice women named Jerrica. She brought me to her desk and we went over everything that I wanted and needed, then she picked out the car because I was not sure exactly what car to go with, I just knew what I needed and wanted in it and she did a wonderful job. She showed me everything on the vehicle start to finish, she even programed my radio stations for me I was very pleased. After we drove the car I was in and out with in an hour it was great, she even sent me a thank you card. I will tell anyone that asks that she was great and so was her dealership. May not be the biggest and nicest looking dealer but definitly was the best expierance I ever had at a dealer. More
