Ridiculous interaction I wanted to email the car that I configured to a Cecconi sales person. While I was searching their website the chat box opened up and Eric Clark poppe I wanted to email the car that I configured to a Cecconi sales person. While I was searching their website the chat box opened up and Eric Clark popped on. I asked him for an email address to send my specs to and he refused. They wanted all of my contact information upfront. I've been down that road before and it takes months for the emails and phone calls to stop. So I'll purchase my car from a different Chrysler store.
