I am very unhappy with dealership and also dodge ram. We bought a 2026 dodge ram 1500 in March. I have only made 2 payments on it, it had only 12 miles when we bought it. Plus bought the Luxury plan extended warranty that covered everything, dents dings scratches and more. My husband was washing by hand, not wanting to use automatic car wash. Had a small spot where bug was, he got sprayer about 8 inches to get that. The paint washed off about a half dollar size spot. NOBODY WANTS TO COVER IT, NOT THE DEALER NOT, THE DODGE RAM CO. NOR THE LUXURY WARRANTY WE BOUGHT. THIS WAS A 49,000 DOLLAR VEHICLE AND THE PAINT COMES OFF WHEN YOU WASH IT., WE EVEN PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THAT RHINO COAT SPRAYED ON FOR MORE PROTECTION. NOT HAPPY.
