I had a tire that was slowly losing air. I could not find a nail in it, so I thought it might be a defective valve. It turned out that it did have a small nail. I should have taken it to a tire store, because Joe Cooper charges $45 to fix a flat. After fixing the flat, they were kind enough to wash my truck, but while washing my truck, they broke one of the mirrors. They made it so that it would work and promised to replace the broken part. They also did not charge to fix the flat. I have not heard anything about when the mirror would be fixed, or have anything in writing. They just said they would let me know when the part is in, and that I could have a loaner while the truck was in the shop. I would like to know when my truck will be fixed. More
