Made appointment for 2 trucks for oil change and tire rotation on Monday for Tuesday at 3pm. Got there Tuesday at my time. Was told only one truck could be done when I got there. Then it gets better. Was rotation on Monday for Tuesday at 3pm. Got there Tuesday at my time. Was told only one truck could be done when I got there. Then it gets better. Was told truck would be ready at 5:15. Took Other truck to Hibdon tire got out change and rotation done by 4:30. Came back to dealer. Truck had not moved. Was told at 5:15 it would be coming right out. Then at 5:30 I asked another service writer why my truck was still sitting there with the hood up. I was told that was not my truck. Finally confronted service manager. Truck finally got put in the air at 5:55. Got done at 6:15. No tire rotation. I purchased this truck from Joe cooper with service plan for 3 oil changes. Looks like that was a wait of money!!! Then was told by service manager that he would get to the bottom of the problem. No follow up. No call. NOTHING!!!Never going to buy a truck or give that place a dime of my money ever again. I hope the xxxx service was worth loosing a customer!! More
I took my car in for a routine oil change and when I left, the alignment was way off, pulling hard to the right. Now I have to take it somewhere that will get it back in alignment, how much is that goin left, the alignment was way off, pulling hard to the right. I took my year-old F-150 - purchased from the same auto group - in for a failed turbo actuator, and the lack of communication from the service department was extremely disappointing. I received no proactiv group - in for a failed turbo actuator, and the lack of communication from the service department was extremely disappointing. I received no proactive updates - no calls regarding repair timelines, loaner vehicle options for a warranty repair, or status updates of any kind. Not a single outgoing call. When I attempted to reach out, I was met with minimal response and, at times, what felt like avoided calls. For a relatively new vehicle with a warranty issue, I expected a much higher level of service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from or servicing with Cooper Auto Group, and I will be taking my business elsewhere for future purchases and service needs. More

I recently bought a 2024 F-150 Lightning Flash from Mark Moore. I love the truck, but it was given to me with an incomplete recall, which Mark assured me would be completed before I received the truck. More Moore. Moreover, Mark did not mention that the truck would only come with 1 key. I can't use the door keypad, reset, or even view the code with only 1 key. I will now need to go to the dealer (a different one of course) to get a new key programmed and the recall completed. I called, left a message and sent an email and have gone a week with no response. I love the truck, but will not buy another vehicle here. More
