I recently bought a 2024 F-150 Lightning Flash from Mark Moore. I love the truck, but it was given to me with an incomplete recall, which Mark assured me would be completed before I received the truck. More Moore. Moreover, Mark did not mention that the truck would only come with 1 key. I can't use the door keypad, reset, or even view the code with only 1 key. I will now need to go to the dealer (a different one of course) to get a new key programmed and the recall completed. I called, left a message and sent an email and have gone a week with no response. I love the truck, but will not buy another vehicle here. More

Purchased a preowned vehicle from here a little over a year ago and purchased a warranty as well. Had an electrical issue, took the car in and was told it was not covered. Called and spoke to the financ year ago and purchased a warranty as well. Had an electrical issue, took the car in and was told it was not covered. Called and spoke to the finance manager, Shawn who said they would cover this. He passed me along to Don the Service Manager, who also said they would cover this. Well they DO NOT live up to their word and do NOT care about their customers. Stay away from purchasing any vehicles from this location. They appear to lie just to get a deal and then do NOT stay true to their word. Absolutely awful customer service!! Well management contact me and said sorry the GM does not want to help. Great customer service here, sell a product you do not stand behind, sounds like a company anyone would want to do business with?!?! Stay away from this dealership you will not be happy with the level of service, awful to say the least! More

I am pleased to say that I was accommodated, as my vehicle was in their shop being worked on within the hour. While technician Rex Syler was doing a bang up job installing my new battery, my service advisor, Doug Smereck, attempted to do a reset on my new tire pressure sensors that were recently installed by the tire shop. However, in doing so, Doug discovered that all of the sensors were bad. He performed this service free of charge. This was not an unusual experience for me at Joe Cooper Ford. They have always treated me with respect and professionalism and I couldn’t be happier about it. More
