My day started out with a dead battery in my usually very reliable Ford Explorer. I called Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon desperately needing to get a service appointment scheduled ASAP. I am pleased to say that I reliable Ford Explorer. I called Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon desperately needing to get a service appointment scheduled ASAP. I am pleased to say that I was accommodated, as my vehicle was in their shop being worked on within the hour. While technician Rex Syler was doing a bang up job installing my new battery, my service advisor, Doug Smereck, attempted to do a reset on my new tire pressure sensors that were recently installed by the tire shop. However, in doing so, Doug discovered that all of the sensors were bad. He performed this service free of charge. This was not an unusual experience for me at Joe Cooper Ford. They have always treated me with respect and professionalism and I couldn’t be happier about it. More
