I brought my 2020 Ford Raptor in for service and later discovered oil residue on top of the skid plate along with a missing bolt from the access panel. The service department then recommended an expensive discovered oil residue on top of the skid plate along with a missing bolt from the access panel. The service department then recommended an expensive front differential pinion seal repair. When I returned to ask for clarification and verification of the leak, I was told the issue had already been “verified,” but no one re-inspected the vehicle with me or showed me evidence of an active leak. I also asked whether the differential fluid level had been checked and was told they do not check the fluid level during this process. As a customer, I expected better communication, transparency, and willingness to verify concerns—especially when recommending a costly repair. I simply wanted to understand whether this was truly an active leak or possibly leftover residue from prior service work. I would recommend customers ask for detailed explanations, photos, and verification before approving major repairs. More
Kyle was our salesman and helped us every step of the way. It was a no pressure sale and he made it quite easy to go thru the process.
