Honestly I’m a no nonsense older grouchy person who in 45 years of buying cars look to limit my time during this process. Honestly 2 hours total dealership time and all done. Started with the internet looking and Matthew Germain pointed out all the inventory I would like, and I focused on specific cars with all the info given by the internet dept. At the dealer Most of the time was my wife changing her mind on the model. They Treated me great and I will send all my kids (6) I insure 7 cars and buy all the time. Face to face is the only way.
