When I reached the dealership I was greeted by Warren and quickly introduced to my sales rep, Zack. Zack asked my needs and proceeded to show me vehicles that met those needs. I decided on a Z71 Colorado. After my choice, Brent came in and introduced himself, congratulated me on my choice, and thanked me for my business and time. Quality & Consistency A week ago I made my service appointment on line. I had planned a short vacation (7hr drive one way) & planned to return the day prior to my appoi A week ago I made my service appointment on line. I had planned a short vacation (7hr drive one way) & planned to return the day prior to my appointment. I knew that by the end of my trip my car would be due to be serviced. I arrived on the day & time I planned on. I had hoped he only thing needed would be the planned oil change & tire rotation. I was aware that in the not too distant future I would need to replace the original tires that were now 3yr old. Shortly after arriving Mr. Kordusky informed me that the tires were significantly worn & one had developed a " balloon" in the side wall. At that point all I could think was how that "balloon" in the side wall of one of my tires could easily have blown while I was on my trip. I agreed with the option presented for replacing the 4 tires, having them balanced, & having an alignment done. As with previous experiences at the Service Department at Joe Holland, once again I feel as though I was kept informed & involved in the process. Once again I was not made to feel rushed into making a decision. As in the past, the work on my vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. I left feeling comfortable I made the right decision & my car was "sea worthy" & safe! More
