Accident My 08 trailblazer was in the body shop at joe holland it was there a couple days before i given the estimate the parts took a long time to get (none o My 08 trailblazer was in the body shop at joe holland it was there a couple days before i given the estimate the parts took a long time to get (none of trouble was their fault) my insurance only covered 10 days car rental after that josh in the body shop helped get another rental while they would get mine driveable only issue I had was check engine light came on after I left dealer and I will have to pay 100dollars for diagnosing machine to see if it would be caused by accident....I do realize it has to be this way because everyone would say check engine light is on , after a big deductible almost two hundred for rental 23 days without my car and now 100 more I just want it over while it sounds bad the experience with the dealer was good More

Grant Dawson was the reason I purchased a 2018 Hyundai. He kept me up to date and answered all my questions but was not pushy with his input. The car was delivered in supreme condition. With all the new gadgets, a month later Grant is still answering my questions.I highly recommend the Joe Holland dealership. Great staff. More

Beware of this dealer I purchased my new Volkswagen Jetta GLI with 48 miles on it. After only 5 days of ownership I discovered a massive oil leak, out of alignment and a su I purchased my new Volkswagen Jetta GLI with 48 miles on it. After only 5 days of ownership I discovered a massive oil leak, out of alignment and a substantial baseball-size paint defect in the rear passenger door. All of which should have been caught during the pre-delivery inspection. After bringing this to Joe Holland's attention they told me to take it to the manufacturer which I did. The manufacturer offered no resolution other than the strip the door of its paint, fix the oil leak and had the alignment corrected. Manufacturer nor Joe Holland has offered any kind of compensation or resolution for me being out of my car for a full week after only one week of ownership. Also when taking it in for the oil leak I found oil smeared all over my door when I got it back. Needless to say I will never purchase another Volkswagen vehicle again and we'll never purchased from Joe Holland again. More
