Made my appointment on-line. When I arrived at appointment time had to wait in line to be checked in. Was checked in by gentleman coming down the line. Confirmed that I would be waiting for the Se appointment time had to wait in line to be checked in. Was checked in by gentleman coming down the line. Confirmed that I would be waiting for the Service to be completed. Sat in waiting room for 2 hours when noticed my car parked in service completed area. Asked Woman at Service window if my car was done, she did not have the paperwork yet. Waited another 20 minutes and asked again as it was a different person at the window and she said she would check. Service Tech had paper work on his desk but no one told him and he did not to check to see if anyone was waiting. Paperwork was brought in and he apologized for the wait and waved the cost of service. I thought that was nice but when I looked at the paperwork I saw that they had done an Oil/Filter change, which I had just done the week before, instead of the Transmission Fluid change that I had made the appt. for. Disgusted I left the Dealership. More
