I purchased a used car from the dealership during the test drive discovered an issue and was promised it would be fixed. It took them two weeks just to get it into the shop and I had already signed paper test drive discovered an issue and was promised it would be fixed. It took them two weeks just to get it into the shop and I had already signed paperwork on the purchase the whole time I was losing time on my temp tags, etc. finally, I got the truck. My sales person was outstanding after driving the truck two days. The same issue started again. I took it to get it looked at and it had been misdiagnosed and repaired improperly. The technician that I took it to outside of the dealership had it fixed within two hours and haven’t had no problems ever since since that point I’ve been trying to get compensated for the repair and have been running in circles and getting told different excuses daily, I would not recommend Joe Machens Capital City to any of my friends or family or if anybody ask, I would give them my honest opinion I don’t feel like they’re making things right and they’re dragging their feet on Everything less than learned More
