Did not meet customer service expectations We have bought five cars from this dealer and have had them serviced frequently until the prices increased too much. I went back for a simple oil chan We have bought five cars from this dealer and have had them serviced frequently until the prices increased too much. I went back for a simple oil change. Had to wait at check in. The car was completed and sitting outside without them telling me, but upon asking to pay I was told the bill was not at the cashier's. I had to go to several people to find it. Each one too busy to help me. Finally found the bill (which was wrong) and left. After leaving I got a text saying I needed a new battery. Then I got a text saying if I wasn't going to give five stars to call the dealer. I did, had to leave a message, didn't get a call back. More
