Charges were not what I was quoted I went in for an oil change and asked them to look at my coolant because I assume I had a leak. The previous oil change was $40 but they had increase I went in for an oil change and asked them to look at my coolant because I assume I had a leak. The previous oil change was $40 but they had increased the oil change to $53. I thought that was a bit much but I knew I needed them to look at the engine cooling system. I got a text saying that I need new front breaks and that they had to replace a hose for the coolant. The break service was about 180 and the charge to replace the hose was $427. I really thought that was a lot to replace a hose, but I agreed to have the work done. It said I was going to be $660 for all the work which I agreed to. When I went to the cashier to pay my bill the total was $750! I was charged and additional $30 in shop supplies (that was the line item) and $30 for coolant + taxes. I don't see how it is good business practice to charge 13% more than what you quoted your customer. I felt like I was taken advantage of. In the past I have felt like I had received good service at a fair price. I did not feel that way and I wont' be returning to get my vehicles serviced there. More
