The staff I encountered while waiting were friendly . My wait was short and I picked up the paperwork ,paid my bill, and was back on the road I have never had a bad experience here. Great Quality Service I received exceptional service in the service department. The service Lady I cant remember her name was very efficient. The only negative I would say about the experience was the waiting room seems a bit run down . A little paint and sprucing up would do a world of good. I purchased my car from here and noticed that over a year ago. It has not changed much since. The areas where clients/potential buyers wait for repairs or deal with salesmen could be more comfortable and up to date. Need to keep up with your competition. More

Warranty work declined I own a 2017 Expedition bought new from Machens Ford. The vehicle has a little over 10k miles and is garages kept. The paint clear coat is starting I own a 2017 Expedition bought new from Machens Ford. The vehicle has a little over 10k miles and is garages kept. The paint clear coat is starting to peak right below rear window. I was told that Ford said the vehicle quarter was repainted or had chemicals poured on the rear quarter. This is bull the only thing on the car finish is turtle car wash soap, water and turtle wax. The dealership is doing what it can with Ford to help me out.
