Every visit is quoted as several hundred dollars I used to appreciate this place for the $39.95 "the works" Ford standard service package, but now this has increased in cost to $55 every visit AND ev I used to appreciate this place for the $39.95 "the works" Ford standard service package, but now this has increased in cost to $55 every visit AND every single time I bring in my SUV they note something New that is several hundred dollars to repair and was not an issue the previous visit 3 months ago. This is the 4th time (in a row of regular service visits) this has happened and I will be looking for a new regular service center. More

Easy to schedule, timely work done Had unusual problem which caused much difficulty to put gas in my Escape. An outer plastic cap broke off the cars gas filler tube, it happened when a Had unusual problem which caused much difficulty to put gas in my Escape. An outer plastic cap broke off the cars gas filler tube, it happened when a gas pumps nozzle spring caught on it. There was an additional plastic ring that was unseen inside the filler tube and it caused inability to insert a pump nozzle. This problem caused hesitancy and decreased MPG, at least .. in order to replace this plastic part, the gas tank had to be lowered from the filler tube. Cody figured out the problem, removed the plastic ring and ordered the new part. I was able to put gas in the car and got it repaired within a week. Covered under warranty! More

Amazing customer service I was able to call and schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame and give my grocery list to John. Heating issues I was disappointed that what everyone thought was wrong (blend door) was not fixed when replacing the recalled airbag. The thermostat was replaced ins I was disappointed that what everyone thought was wrong (blend door) was not fixed when replacing the recalled airbag. The thermostat was replaced instead. Now instead of heat on my feet, I don’t have any heat at all. It is scheduled to be looked at next Monday. Everyone is nice & polite & kept me informed. Just not completely sure my car was fixed in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. More
