It was ok. Has been better and has been worse. I was not impressed with it taking 2 hours to get finished. I was not told of a long wait when I got there. Staff was friendly. I went to the dealership and was pleased they immediately checked for any problem codes and schedule my car for a mechanic t My engine light came on. The diagnosis was made and the part ordered and I returned upon receving a call the part had arrived. Two recalls, oil change & tire rotation I received one recall notice in the mail and was in need of an oil change & tire rotation. I called and talked to Shannon. She said there was also a second recall which I had not received in the mail at the time I called. She ordered the parts necessary for the recalls and called me back when the parts came in. At that time we scheduled the service appointment. When I got to the appointment Steve Joplin checked me in a little after 7:00 AM and told me my truck would be ready in the early afternoon. I used Joe Machens shuttle for a ride home. Steve called around 11:00 AM and said my truck was ready. I asked for the shuttle to pick me up at home and take me to the dealership. I was back home before noon. More

Fast and friendly I noticed I had a headlight out right before I was to leave town on a work trip. I stopped in to see if they could help me.
