Horrible experience Brought my vehicle in to have sunroof repaired. Sunroof issue is worse now than it was. Evening receptionist actually said to me that there was no way I was in the service department after 5pm, I must have been across the street at quick lane. Placed on hold for long period of time with no communication. Finally hung up and called back. Hold again for a long period of time. Hang up. Receive call back from SALES manager - Billy Underwood. He was passive aggressive, dismissive of my need to express my concerns, and very inappropriate in the things he said to me when he realized that he was not going to schmooze me with his fast talking bs. As soon as my warranty is up, I will NOT EVER do business with you again - be it purchasing a new vehicle or service repairs. I must say that Steve Joplin is a true gem and has been wonderful to work with. I greatly appreciate his desire to make things right and to LISTEN when I needed to say what I had to say. Oil change service was good. Quick Lane service was good and vehicle was ready by the time I got off work. Disappointed that my Maintenance Required light was not reset. Lack of attention to detail After buying my Ford I wanted to take it to the Ford dealership thinking they would know my truck better than anywhere else however I've found issues After buying my Ford I wanted to take it to the Ford dealership thinking they would know my truck better than anywhere else however I've found issues each time I've brought one of my vehicles here. Just took my wife's Kia in for oil change and when I got home noticed a puddle under her car. The oil plug was very loose I was able to turn it finger tight 2 or 3 turns. I guess this is better than last time they changed her oil as they put the cartridge filter in backwards. On my truck it seems every time I get an oil change I get a small puddle in the garage and end up having to tighten the filter a half turn. I could go on with little issues and no free vacuum or car wash etc. I like the fact that your attached to Ford but I'm beginning to think i need to find a shop that takes the same pride as I do in my vehicles. More
