The wait for my oil change was over 1 1/2 hrs. Since I had an appointment, that to me, was excessive. You need to work on that. I did appreciate the soda and fruit you had available for customers. But one area you are extremely lacking in are magazines that are of interest to women. Hunting, fishing, and vehicle magazines don't get it.. A large percent of your business comes from women that also have extended wait times for their servicing. Your dealership needs to spend some money on subscription magazines that are of interest to women! More

The work we requested was not done as quickly as we usually get done. However, you kept the vehicle overnight and finished the next day pretty early.
