Awesome Service! In, Out, and On my way Steve and the team at Machens are awesome to work with. My check engine light came on and they were super quick to diagnose what was going on. I did Steve and the team at Machens are awesome to work with. My check engine light came on and they were super quick to diagnose what was going on. I did not have to make an appointment, I literally drove up and they took a look at it right away. They needed to order the part and I brought my car back when it was convenient for me. Steve was awesome and kept me informed every step of the way. It was very easy to get in and out. Very friendly and clean. Even my sales guy from 2 years ago, Devon came to check on me and hooked me up with a ride. Oh yeah lets not forget the free blue raspberry icee. Not a positive experience While the service center did make everything right, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this service center to other people. I had to bring my vehicle back several times to correct deficiencies overlooked from oil change and tire service. Loose lug nuts, parts not put back on correctly, not paying attention to customer requests documented on paperwork prior to service. Very frustrating. I will perform my own maintenance from now on. Service personnel were friendly and courteous but quality of service was less than desirable. More

TOOK FOREVER! Dropped off the truck early for the appointment and made it clear I needed it back for a appointment later in the day, was told that would not be a pr Dropped off the truck early for the appointment and made it clear I needed it back for a appointment later in the day, was told that would not be a problem. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready, they took me to my appointment, still wasn't ready when I returned for it. after a longer wait it was finally finished. Not sure that the tires were rotated as requested. We bring a lot of our truck work here. This was not a good experience this time. Most of the time it is OK at best, most of the time the final price is high and often have to return for the same reason it was in to be fixed. everyone is always nice. I am a business owner and have gotten many of my business and personal vehicles from this location over many years. Sales are good, service not so much. sorry. More
