I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I got there about 8 am and they were very busy, from the moment I got there untill I left I had interaction with a few employees everyone was way over the top polite and thanked me for stopping in. It was horrific!!! I trusted them with the purchase of my son's first vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again!!! Great Service I swung by to see if they could get my truck in pretty quick for and oil change and tire rotation. Great Customer Care This visit was for an oil change, but Joe Machens does 95% of all work on my Ford Escape, so most of the technicians and salespersons know me by name. This visit was for an oil change, but Joe Machens does 95% of all work on my Ford Escape, so most of the technicians and salespersons know me by name. Have been doing business with this dealership for over 40 years (before Machens purchased the dealership). I feel like I'm treated more like a "friend" than a "customer." I always receive "personal attention" and the technicians "listen" to my concerns. We are able to laugh and joke with one another, while conducting business. More
