It took 7 hrs for an oil change. I had to call to get them to do the oil change so I could have my car to pick up my kids. I had an appointment, but I dropped it off so I didn’t have to sit there. Notice came last year about a recall. I made an appointment, brought my truck in then was told I had to wait until a defect became clear. I received another notice in February that the recall hasn’ appointment, brought my truck in then was told I had to wait until a defect became clear. I received another notice in February that the recall hasn’t been done. I called and was told the part would take 2 weeks to come in, I made an appointment on 4/14/21. I receive 3 emails notifying me of the appointment . I left the truck at the service department between 7:30 and 8:00 on 4/14/21. We never received notice that it was completed so at 2:00 that day and was told it has not been worked on and I could leave it overnight or pick it up and make another appointment . I left it overnight and did not get any notification it was done all day. On 4/15/21. I called around 2:00 and I was told it was completed. I picked up my truck at 4:00. So I can’t understand the definition of an appointment.? With notices given , bringing it in on the time given and never being told about the delay. Very poor customer service. More
If I could give no stars I would. Kim was rude. Our plan was messed up from another dealership and we were trying to get that worked out and she kept calling being very rude and demanding. Customer service was good diagnosis was as expected. However I did arrive early and still manage to have a three hour wait to determine that my AC compressor didn’t work.
