When I arrived no one opened the bay door. Walked in through waiting area. 3 people in service area but 2 were discussing their lunch order and third helping another customer. I purchased The Works, but I don't know if the tires were rotated because the Invoice doesn't say that work was done. No one talked to me after the service was done. The cashier called my name to pay but the technician didn't come talk to me as they usually do. More

Very upset that the oil leak was not found until my car was out of warranty. I’ve been reporting leak since 2010 and it was never found. I cannot rate the service people listed below. I don’t like how the price for an oil change jumped to include tire rotation. I bought my tires there to include rotation and balancing and not drive up my oil change price. Since the basic oil change now include tire rotation. I bought my tires there to include rotation and balancing and not drive up my oil change price. Since the basic oil change now charges me for something I already paid for with the tire purchase, I’ll save $30 and go back to changing my own. Also the last person helping me 2 weeks ago first told me that balancing was not covered with my tire purchase, which is obviously incorrect, and asked me when I bought my tires, I’m a Quality supervisor and like I’d tell my folks, don’t ask the customer for information you have on your screen and should already have knowledge of. I didn’t rate your suggested customer service techs down bc I’m not sure those were the folks helping me this last time, I know for sure one did not. Lastly, I’m one of the very few that check under my car and I’m missing new undercarriage shield clips every time I take it there. When they break a 10 cent clip, put a new one on. More

The best place in Jeff city to bring your Ford. We are from MN and our 2020 Ford Escape had a recall on it that caused some malfunction while visiting the in-laws. Took car in for 2 recalls. Recall work took a day...but the repairs from the damage done to my car that happened when the recalls were being fixed took a week. My door handles are still not right.
