Had to take my Ford in for repair and there was a two week back order for a FORD part so they had to keep my vehicle. After two weeks I called to checked and they already had the part in stock but didn’ week back order for a FORD part so they had to keep my vehicle. Everyone I talked with was polite, I’m just frustrated with the lack of part tracing and especially them not knowing they had my vehicle. More

Great service as per usual, I was just taken aback that the lady at check out was not wearing a mask. Make me feel unsafe since I have family members who are at high risk. In general, yes I would this dealership service is OK. Scheduling ahead is really not helpful as a simple service still takes a couple hours (however, they disclose this in the small print). Failed to check tire pressure on one tire and I fixed myself later. Extended service items like (fuel injection service/cleaning) is way over priced, even double average expected cost. But no pressure to add these services. You just have to decide if you want handled at same time and place. They hope you dont want to go somewhere else and just overpay for extra services to save time. I do like the electronic communication on status, etc... but truthfully this is just a reflection of a king wait time. More

This was the worst service I have ever had. 10/19 I brought in my vehicle in and finally finished this week 12/7/2020. Was told parts was a week out. The next week I was told the part came but the wrong part was in the box. That was a Thursday and was told they would fast track the part and should have it Monday. Called on Wednesday and I was told two to three weeks. I finally called back on the 2nd and they had the part “thinking they should have called me”. Said it would be done Friday the 4th. No call back so I called and they said Monday. Didn’t receive a call Monday so I called around 2and it was complete just had paperwork to do. I said I would be there to pick it up at 4. When I got to the facility they said all they had to do was the paperwork!!! After 45 minutes they complete. Frustrated I left and realized they didn’t put my fleet card back in my truck. After another call that I was on hold for 30 minutes I went to an answering machine and left a message. Of course no call back so I called again and was on hold for another 40 minutes before I finally talked to someone More
