I have had my pickup in for warranty work twice. The first time I was told I could wait while repair was performed. I ended up needing to leave it for 2 days and arrange a ride. Second time for warranty first time I was told I could wait while repair was performed. I ended up needing to leave it for 2 days and arrange a ride. Took my car in to get some recalls taken care of. Nothing but problems since I got it back. Took it back once more and got nothing but excuses. Will be using a different dealer from now on. My dad has purchased ALL of his vehicles at this dealership since the 1980s. He's had his vehicles serviced there religiously. The last 2 times I've brought his vehicle in, I've asked for the front dealership since the 1980s. He's had his vehicles serviced there religiously. The last 2 times I've brought his vehicle in, I've asked for the front passenger tire be checked for a leak. I continue putting air in the tire. Had the Explorer in for an alignment and to have the leak checked. The first time I asked it be checked was when it was in for a recall about a thermostat housing, it wasn't checked them either. We were informed of the recall and were told we would be contacted when the part came in. If not for me calling, the deadline to have the housing replaced would have expired while the part sat in the service department. The second time the leaking tire was said to be good. It is not. Nor is the alignment. Your machine may say it's straight, but driving it says otherwise. It is somewhat better, but still pulls significantly to the right. Not impressed with recent service experiences and doubt there will be many more at this location. I understand you may only know his recent history as we know this dealership had changed owners several times over the years. Sad to know 40 plus years of loyalty he's shown, and this is what my father gets. More
