The service department was great to work with. Thomas was helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. Found the problem and resolved it quickly even with the Covid and upcoming Thanksg was helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. Im a travel nurse and hate having to take my vehicle somewhere I am unfamiliar with. But here, the service was friendly, they took care of my vehicle and I didn’t have to wait forever. I scheduled an appointment online for 9:30am dropped my car off at 9:15am. Angie was rude and didn’t even acknowledge I scheduled everything online, I told her I would need my car back that day as it’s my car off at 9:15am. Angie was rude and didn’t even acknowledge I scheduled everything online, I told her I would need my car back that day as it’s my only vehicle. After checking on the online thing my car hadn’t been looked at after 2.5 hours was told they were short staffed and other vehicles got there before mine appointments don’t mean a time per Angie just who ever drops off first. Maybe you guys need a better appointment system then. At 4:30p car still had not been looked at and I messaged Angie. Finally at 4:47 I got a phone call from Jesse for my estimate and told me they didn’t have parts in stock. YES!!! 7.5 hours later I found out about this. I called back no one answered. Next day Angie reached out because I didn’t respond when really I did. She also told me tried multiple times and ways to reach me when in reality it was all less than 10 minutes. I picked my car up which took them 10 minutes to pull up front. I went to a different dealership they got my in and out in 45 minutes and cheaper. I won’t be coming back to the service department. More
