They were exceedingly nice from the first time I called until the moment I left. First they gave me a choice of the day for the repair and the time . They did the repair and informed me of another recall t until the moment I left. First they gave me a choice of the day for the repair and the time . Previously (30 plus years buying vehicles) then went to service only. Last visit is last. Worst experience by far. Absolute xxxxxxxx service. xxxxed us on price. Would'nt call back to update us. Finally other service rep said "I know he didn't tell you, but just got your oil in". Didn't rotate tires because didn't see lug lock in glove box or call to see where it was. Attached to spare tire. I was disappointed in the Quick Lane service. I called on Monday to set an appointment and was told no appointment was necessary and should only take an hour. Upon dropping off my car for “express” service I was told it would be 3 hours. I see signs that indicate caring for customers due to Covid but office staff aren’t wearing mask. I was disappointed that when I arrived I was not greeted or even acknowledged that I was there other than me initiating the need for service. If I didn’t have the extended Ford warranty I would most likely return to my former service center. More

Charged 155.99 for labor on a engine cooling thermostat that only took under 45mins to do. I mean UNDER 45MINS. Brought it in at 4:30 talked to my service guy at 4:45 and done before 5:30. Arkeem did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. Service tech did an excellent job with the oil change and lubrication.
