This is my umpteenth attempt to provide my review. After having my car serviced there was a failure to inform me of a dangerous tire situation that could have been disastrous. The only corrective measure re having my car serviced there was a failure to inform me of a dangerous tire situation that could have been disastrous. The only corrective measure received was "sorry." John service manager & John Joplin made a bad experience better. Not happy or pleased customer after 1st visit last month. Had oil change and front breaks. Asked the service writer twice (and I know he put in computer) to have air in tires checked. Back drivers tire constantly 9 pounds low causing low tire pressure on dash to come on. The low tire pressure lite up on way back home to Camdenton. Was not happy at all with service. Called and spoke to Mr. Joplin. Asked me to bring vehicle back and reason for leak would be repaired at no charge. The following week I returned vehicle to dealership. I was treated kindly and with respect. Too bad service tech didn't do this job stating he check pressure when he could not of. Light would not go on within 5 miles of dealership. Both John's did a great job resolving this matter. More
The girl who help me, Angie, did a good job. I felt I was recommended way to much that was not needed. My car is barely a year old. New tires, new filter, transmission fluid changed, etc. there is no way was recommended way to much that was not needed. My car is barely a year old. Told 30 - 45 minutes for a state inspection. 90 mins later still no vehicle. I asked about the status and there was 5 minutes of confusion trying to even find the car/paperwork. When I finally got the later still no vehicle. I asked about the status and there was 5 minutes of confusion trying to even find the car/paperwork. When I finally got the vehicle back, their seat and floor covers were still in the car, and the seat was all the way back. Ideally, vehicles should be returned just as they are received, yes? Granted could have just been a "bad day at the office", and will try them again for oil change and see how they do. End of the day, I was not feeling warm and fuzzy leaving this dealership yesterday. More
I’m not convinced that all the recommended services were necessary and what I did get ended up costing ALOT. Service was not bad, but I would like reasons why I they think I need certain services. Ryen was wonderful to work with getting my 2018 Explorer in for an oil change and tire rotation. Answered questions I had in reference to the warranty remaining on my vehicle.
