One way that would help is to ask the service writers to at least say I will be right with u when they are on the phone or at least help me know that they see me or something. The person I was supposed to see just sat on the phone and never motioned to me or anything. I get that they are busy but when I have to go find someone else then I do feel like a bother. Also, thanking and being pleasant with the customer helps too. You want me to pay the high cost of labor, $61 for labor that’s more than the oil change. Plus windshield wipers that cost $43 plus $10 charge I have no idea what it was for, then I would think the service writer would want to make me feel like I am very special to them. Over all things are good but I can get the same service for $70 cheaper and feel like I matter.
