I am not sure it it fixed This is the 3rd time I have had my 2017 f-250 in for a severe shaking in the front end. I have asked the service writer Jesse to e mail me my paperwork because he did not have when I picked up my truck . I asked for him to send the paperwork for all 3 services and it has not happened. . They had it in the shop for almost 3 weeks . I am not convinced that it is fixed, More

Excellent customer service Angie was the one who greeted me and initially checked me in and kept me up-to-date while my vehicle was being serviced.
