Did not meet customer service expectations We have bought five cars from this dealer and have had them serviced frequently until the prices increased too much. I went back for a simple oil chan We have bought five cars from this dealer and have had them serviced frequently until the prices increased too much. I went back for a simple oil change. Had to wait at check in. The car was completed and sitting outside without them telling me, but upon asking to pay I was told the bill was not at the cashier's. I had to go to several people to find it. Each one too busy to help me. Finally found the bill (which was wrong) and left. After leaving I got a text saying I needed a new battery. Then I got a text saying if I wasn't going to give five stars to call the dealer. I did, had to leave a message, didn't get a call back. More

What is the use of scheduling an appointment? I scheduled a 1 PM appointment to get 4 tires put on my car, at 2:40 I checked how much longer it would be, they still hadn't started. When the job I scheduled a 1 PM appointment to get 4 tires put on my car, at 2:40 I checked how much longer it would be, they still hadn't started. When the job was finally completed the final cost was higher than expected, and there was grease still on the edge of the wheels and tires. More
