Just okay I had an issue with my car battery, that a month earlier had been checked. I had gotten the works done and they claimed my battery tested green or oka I had an issue with my car battery, that a month earlier had been checked. I had gotten the works done and they claimed my battery tested green or okay. About a month later the battery completely died leaving me a very heavy paper weight. I managed to charge the battery enough to get the car to start and get it to the dealer. Due to the battery being dead, my car windows would not work (auto up would not work). I told them of the problems and was told they were fixed. The battery issue is fine once replaced but my windows don't work right still. On top of that, they found it nessicary to remove the works sticker that showed the green status of my battery. Now I do not know what mileage to take my car for an oil change. To top everything off part of the battery cover is in my passenger floor board. Frustrated that I now have to waste more of my time getting things fixed that were supposed to already be fixed. More

Misinformation I was given an estimate of apps $3000 for a number of needed repairs. I was told by a member of management that everything was covered under the exten I was given an estimate of apps $3000 for a number of needed repairs. I was told by a member of management that everything was covered under the extended warranty- even the battery- with a $100 deductible for everything. I questioned the battery coverage a couple of times during the conversation and was repeatedly reassured that the battery was included under the warranty. I gave the go ahead to have it replaced. When all the repairs were finished and I came pick up my truck, my bill was $277 instead of $100. I was informed that it didn’t matter what I was told, the battery wasn’t covered. Had it not been for the misinformation, I would have replaced both batteries myself. Small detail: I called the service writer to check on the status of my truck and left a message to call. The person was out that afternoon but had not changed their message nor forwarded their line. After a couple of calls and 45 minutes later I found out that that person was out. That is when I was told the battery was covered by someone in service management. More
Waiting to long for just an oil change. I bought a new Ford C-Max from you a year ago. The first time I came in for an oil change it was across the street. Got right in with minimal wait time. Since this has moved across the street to the service department I have been disappointed. The 2nd oil change was over 2 hours. This most recent oil change was 3 1/2 hours. I live out of town and ended spending my afternoon off sitting in a waiting room for a simple oil change. Please review this policy and allow some of the customers to schedule an oil change especially if they live out of town. The employee at the service department computer was very nice. I have no complaint about the employee who tried to help the best he could. He told me their was 9 oil changes ahead of me. I suggested to Him in certain situations the oil change needs to be scheduled especially if the customer lives out of town. More

To Expensive I dropped my vehicle off to patch my tire. When I went to pay they charged me $25.00! I called 2 other places and 1 charges $10 and the other $19.50.
