Not up to previous standards I set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 0715. Got an estimate at 830 to fix heater. I had my own back up transportation. Texted at 3pm to se I set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 0715. Got an estimate at 830 to fix heater. I had my own back up transportation. Texted at 3pm to see if it was ready. They said they were finishing paperwork. I arrived 2 hours later and checked with desk. She stated they needed to do paperwork. 30 min later got a bill for >100 more than estimate. When asked randy said he couldnt figure it out on the computer so he just printed it. Got that squared away and drove off to find my heater not working at 515pm. They did fix it but ny visit is the opposite of past experiences and will have to weigh my options next time. Steve joplin did do a go job at working on it after i returned. More
