After calling twice to make sure I could get new fob and then re-programmed on Tuesday afternoon, when I arrived at 3:00 pm I was told ‘this isn’t a g After calling twice to make sure I could get new fob and then re-programmed on Tuesday afternoon, when I arrived at 3:00 pm I was told ‘this isn’t a good day, we can’t get to it.’ I responded, ‘you have to, I drive 90 miles for this and my current fob is falling apart.’ Shouldn’t have to be forceful to get work done that was promised.
