Drained transmission not oil Came in with my daughter’s car for a simple oil change. This was after this dealership asked why I was no longer using their services. The reason I st Came in with my daughter’s car for a simple oil change. This was after this dealership asked why I was no longer using their services. The reason I stopped going there was because they charged me $700 to replace my power steering pump when they quoted me $300. But, since they were reaching out to me, I thought would give them a try after 2 years. Well, I’m letting everyone know that I made a big mistake. This time, they drained the transmission and not the oil, which caused the vehicle’s dash light alarms to light up. Of course they didn’t figure this out immediately and said I should just drive it to my appointment which caused tremendous vibration - I only got about 20 yds before I turned around. They had no idea what was causing this until I suggested that maybe they drained the wrong fluid. They did do a complete flush of the transmission and gave me a coupon for a free oil change, but now I’m afraid to go back for any other service, since they screwed up 2 times in a row. I called the service manager, but of course I had to leave a message and he never called me back. The service advisor did everything she could and assured me that the transmission was not harmed, but this is the second time in a row that they screwed something up for me. More
