I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in late November 2025. My salesman was Ashton Summerville. He was excellent. Very friendly, kind and courteous. He made the process very easy and if I were November 2025. My salesman was Ashton Summerville. He was excellent. Very friendly, kind and courteous. He made the process very easy and if I were to ever decide to purchase from this dealership again I would want to work with him. However, the finance guy, Hunter Sharpe, was horrible. During the sale he seemed okay, but when I went to register the vehicle I discovered he did the simple, basic math wrong and I needed to get it corrected. I called and was transferred to him by the receptionist but he didn’t answer so I left a voicemail saying I needed to speak with him, it was very important. After 2 hours he didn’t call back. I called 2 more times and was transferred to his voicemail again, I did not leave a messge because he obviously doesn’t return calls. I then called again and told the receptionist not to transfer unless she was sure he was in. I started to explain and she just put me on hold. He did end up answering and I told Hunter the problem and he just couldn’t believe it until he brought it up on his computer and saw the problem. He said he would fix it and mail it to me and I asked why he couldn’t just email it. After a couple of volleys back and forth he realized he could and said he would send soon but wanted to talk to some people to find out how it happened. I waited almost 3 hours then began trying to get ahold of him again to no avail. I asked to speak to the general manager but the receptionist said he was in a meeting and she would transfer me to someone else, then hung up on me. I then called Ashton, explained this nonsense and he got it resolved immediately, after Hunter messed up the simple, basic math 2 more times. So again, only Ashton is worth working with at this dealership. The general manager is too busy to be bothered with customers, the finance guy can’t do simple basic math, and the receptionist does not like to be bothered by aggravated customers. If you do business with these people, work with Ashton and verify all the figures done by Hunter to ensure he gets the simple, basic math right. More
I recently had a frustrating experience with online car purchase that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was excited about the process, but it quickly turned into a headache due to poor communication. purchase that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was excited about the process, but it quickly turned into a headache due to poor communication. Every time I had a question about the status of the process, I found myself having to call them, which was quite inconvenient. After signing all the paperwork, I didn’t hear anything for a whole week. When I finally tried to reach out to my salesperson, my call went unanswered, and I never received a callback. I even left two messages for management, hoping for some resolution, but to no avail. It felt like I was completely in the dark. The delivery of the car was another surprise. I was at work when I received a call saying the transport truck was just five minutes away. It would have been nice to have some notice to make arrangements. I had also requested a video of the car’s underside before delivery, but that never materialized either. When the car finally arrived, I was disappointed to find a burnt mark on the carpet and what looked like acid damage on the sunroof switch panel. I was told that they were a reputable dealer with a meticulous process, but my experience didn’t reflect that at all. While I can’t speak to their in-person service, I would strongly advise against buying online if you value communication and transparency. It’s a shame because I had high hopes, but this experience left me feeling let down. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I recommend doing so in person to avoid the issues I faced. If less than a one was possible, that’s what I would put. No communication, terrible service, and the worst vehicle we have ever owned. The whole experience has been a disaster. Do not buy a vehicle here. No communication, terrible service, and the worst vehicle we have ever owned. The whole experience has been a disaster. Do not buy a vehicle here. More

My husband and I worked with Aaron to purchase our 2024 Hyundai Palisade. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and he was professional, while also being personable. My experience started with a trade-in estimate on the KBB website. When an estimate is requested, information is sent out to local dealers. When the salesperson from Hyundai called me, I told her specifica website. When an estimate is requested, information is sent out to local dealers. When the salesperson from Hyundai called me, I told her specifically what I was looking for, from options down to a price point. An appointment was scheduled to look at the Santa Fe and Palisade on a Saturday. When we arrived to test drive, we were met with smiles and pleasantries and shown a Santa Fe within my price point, but the Palisade was well over the price range. During the test drive I was very blunt with the salesperson that I likes the Palisade but not the package I was driving as it was over my price range and had options that not only would I not use, but did not want. After the test drive we walked through the other Palisades on the lot with the salesperson and found one I liked in the package I wanted. The salesperson let me look at the vehicle inside and out and sent me a text with the full spec sheet for the vehicle. On Monday I sent a text to the salesperson asking how to get the ball rolling to purchase the Palisade in my price range and was told to bring my current vehicle by the dealership for a trade appraisal. After spending almost an hour at the dealership for the appraisal, I was told that the vehicle I wanted was no longer available (in hindsight, it was already spoken for when I looked at it with no disclosure of that from the dealer). Because it took so long for the appraiser to look at my car, as soon as his 10 minutes with it was done I left and asked them to call me with his appraisal. In that call I was told that my vehicle, which had just been serviced by an independent mechanic and is driven 500-800 miles per week, would need "extensive engine repairs to be re-sellable" and they tried to upsell me into a vehicle that was $8000-$10000 over my price range. As if the bait and switch wasn't bad enough, the scare tactic for my vehicle was the last straw for me. I won't be back. More
Phil is the epitome of dirt bag car dealers. He was rude, dismissive and had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. Run away as fast as you can. He was rude, dismissive and had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. Run away as fast as you can. More
