I expressed interest in one vehicle I was able to use the Machens Web site to find the availability of used cars. The site was extremely easy to use. I expressed interest in one vehicle and received a call within minutes. That vehicle was held for me and in 2 days I was able to purchase it. The salesman was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was done to perfection! I took my 13' Santa Fe 2.0T AWD in for its 37,000 mile maintenance and put a new pair of shoes on her as well! The service tech was excellent and kept me up to date throughout the process. Great work, great people and holy cow their coffee machine in the waiting area had some of the best coffee I've ever had! Sold a Car with a Bad Alignment Sold a car with a Bad alignment and bad tires, Have paperwork from a reputable shop (not this dumpster fire) showing the accumulated bad wear causing Sold a car with a Bad alignment and bad tires, Have paperwork from a reputable shop (not this dumpster fire) showing the accumulated bad wear causing a bad ride, alignment could not have caused the tires to have failed in the distance I had driven my car at the time I took my car into this shop, tires getting worse, dealership refused to make it right. Will have to start investigations into small claims to start a case. This dealership uses phrases like "do battle with the customer" in their training material, they have no interest in serving your interests, avoid. More
