Came in for a recall but my problem was not fixed My vehicle had a door handle recall. I came in to get it fixed, but the I am still experiencing the problem with my door. The service employee who helped me was professional and courteous. I received the right amount of communication. If the problem had been properly fixed, then I would consider the amount of time spent to be appropriate. However, since I still have the problem, and therefore I have to return to the dealership, then I have rated the experience only 2 stars. More
