I am in the quality assurance field as a profession and place a large emphasis on daily professional/customer interactions throughout my personal and professional life. The entire staff during my visit was fantastic, extremely helpful, and willing to work with me and exceed my expectations. This is my second purchase from Hyundai in Columbia, and I plan on continuing my business here in the future. The salesman, tech consultant, and finance department were very professional and helped me have an ideal customer experience. They effectively communicated with me in every aspect of my purchase and new vehicle. Each member was knowledgeable and diagnosed and solved and questions I had.
