It This is my 3rd purchase from Joe Machen Hyundai. I love my new 2016 Tucson and had a great time working with Brandon Dorman with the purchase. It was hard letting go of my 2012 Santa Fe, but sitting with Brandon and listing the pros and cons was a lot of fun. I have had no complaints about any of my Hyundai's. I had a 2010 Tucson, a 2012 Santa Fe, and now a 2016 Tucson. Part of the reason I keep coming back is because of the sales incentive notices I get, but I wouldn't buy if I didn't feel like I was getting a good deal or if I had to deal with difficult sales people. Brandon was great and Tim was helpful with showing the car details. More

It was delivered to me in Kansas City area as agreed so overall experience was great. More

Great sales staff I had a great experience with the sales staff and the department that looked over my car for trade in. The only problem was with the finance departmen I had a great experience with the sales staff and the department that looked over my car for trade in. The only problem was with the finance department adding extras on without really letting me know the cost and that I was actually signing for things besides the basic transaction of purchasing the car.
