Courteous, Professional & Honest I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Sonata. I asked the gentleman who sold me the Sonata, Alex, if they had any Velosters in stock with the turbo I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Sonata. I asked the gentleman who sold me the Sonata, Alex, if they had any Velosters in stock with the turbo trim in a color I liked. We looked at their inventory, test drove the Veloster, and I had a blast! My wife hates filling out paperwork and waiting, so Alex let me work with him to get all the numbers hammered out before I went to pick up my wife. After she had a chance to drive the car, she was sold! We went over the number together and both agreed that it was worth the extra monthly payment to have something sporty and fun to drive. Alex is a fantastic salesman and was honest with me about costs the entire time, and the finance manager Terrance got us squared away with a bit of extra peace of mind warranty coverage for not much more; which is a good thing because I ran over a nail driving through downtown on my way to work this morning!! These guys aren't going to pull a fast one on you, and they aren't going to tell you they can get you in a car for X and then tell you you're gonna pay Y; they do what they say they will, and they do it with a smile on their face and with a sense of urgency. More

Finally Purchased Sonata on December 31, 2014 and part of the sales was a factory remote start, Hyundai is NOT making the 2015 factory start for the keyed Son Purchased Sonata on December 31, 2014 and part of the sales was a factory remote start, Hyundai is NOT making the 2015 factory start for the keyed Sonata. This Dealership kept their promise!!! They paid for an after market remote start and even gave me a loaner for almost 24 hours while the remote was being put in my Sonata by an "outside" source! The ONLY issue is .... After my free one time oil change and me paying for my tires being rotated, they did a horrible job cleaning/detailing my new car that I just had serviced there. Dust still on dash, mats still had mud and stuff on them and mud still on back out side of auto. I did not complain, I was just happy to get my remote, oil changed and tires rotated. Overall They were very busy and took time to take care of me. Finally Happy with the remote start!!! Good job Travis and crew!!! Thanks!! More
