A great team of people who listen and want to please. I was referred to Joe Machens Hyundai by internet specialist Lori Madison. She listened carefully to my concerns and wants in a new car. After listening carefully she referred me to Wesley Earl at their Hyundai dealership. She informed him of all my reservations about car shopping and also what I was looking for in my next car. Wesley had the car waiting for me when I arrived. It had everything I was looking for on it. I had not purchased a new car for 10 yrs. Wesley was patient and attentive to answer all my many questions and concerns as well. Not only did he catch me up with the new technology (which was a lot) he did not make me feel uninformed during the process. He got his general manager Mardini Dy to look my vehicle over and they gave me a very good trade in for the car. Both of them listened carefully to my financial needs as well. They made it easy to talk with their financial person Terrence Backers. Terrence was effective in finding what I needed. Again this step was made easy and doable by Terrence because of his willingness to listen and search for just the right financial services. All in all the professionals at Joe Machens Hyundai made buying a new car (a process I dreaded) easy and met me where I was in the process. More
