Great dealership, awesome salesman! This is our third Hyundai and we are totally sold on them. Mike Lottes has been are go-to-man each and every time. He never fails to please. He checks in with us periodically to see if everything is going well with our Santa Fe and that WE and our family are also doing well. He's a super salesman and a great and very personable and caring man. We've been 100% satisfied with the service center ever since we became Hyundai customers in 2012. We absolutely love our 2016 Santa Fe Ultimate. It has everything you would ever want, plus. I've never been much of a fan of moon roofs, BUT the panoramic roof is awesome!! I must add one more comment about Mike. The day we purchased our Santa Fe, a big storm came up with sirens going off and Mike went and got our new auto and our current auto, and put them both in the garage! If that's not going above and beyond, I don't know what is. Thank you, Mike. Also, Tim Colton was very helpful in getting our phones in sync with the auto's system and explaining how everything else worked. He even got our first service check set up. Very helpful and knowledgeable. More

He had the three vehicles I wanted to look at from other lots at his dealership with Zack Lemen from Joe Machens Hyundai sold me a vehicle this week. He had the three vehicles I wanted to look at from other lots at his dealership within an hour of me asking about them. He was very nice, friendly, and low pressure on the test drive and sale process. The vehicle needed a couple things fixed, which he arranged in a timely manner. He gave me daily updates on where the process stood. I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a car. More
