After testing an Elantra GT and a sonata 2.0 se I walked out of there with a demo sonata which saved me money. The negotiations were quick and painless and while we did have a bit of issues with financing paperwork they did their best to accommodate me by sending a person to my house to sign the new papers. All in all if I need a new car within the next 5 years I'll be coming back here! More

I didn't know anything about the Santa Fe sport before I drove onto the lot, but liked the styling instantly. Dave Rumbaugh went way above expectations during the test drive with informative features about the vehicle. It sold the car for me. After making the decision to purchase, the often time consuming paperwork process was quick and seamless thanks to Brian's organization and expertise. I also appreciated Tim's expertise in the technology aspects of the vehicle setting up bluelink, pairing my phone, and answering all questions before I left the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Worst old car buying experience I went to Joe Machens hyundai because i dont know very much about car as this was my first purchase. So I thought that at Joe Machens, they will not h I went to Joe Machens hyundai because i dont know very much about car as this was my first purchase. So I thought that at Joe Machens, they will not hide any thing in old car. I select Hyundai elantra and there was some exterior damage for which i agreed on. But before buying i asked several times with sales agent Mr. Earl Wesley that is there any other problems with the car except this exterior damage on bumper and he replied NO. After buying the car, i found battery is gone, leakage in wiper liquid reservoir, left turn indicator is not aligned and many others problems. When i report these issues to him, he denied and said i had to check these at that times. I feel cheated and fool. My first and worst experience and will never go again. I lost trust with Joe Machens and will not reccommend anyone to buy old/preowned car from there. More
