Oil change and rotation of tires As in the title only 2 things wanted done, appointment was at 1pm. Finally left at 2:48pm, said I should be happy they threw in washing my car, which I have clearly stated do not do, because they leave the car with a stale water smell, windows are smeared and they don't dust or vacuum. But after being there for 45 minutes with again both engine and cabin filter (which I think they just keep by the door) stating they are dirty and need to be replaces. Replied no not needed, service man ok your car will be done soon. Soon is not a 2 hour visit. Plus my vehicle is a 2016 and they have suggested work needed totally over $4,000 dollars. One of these is to replace the fuel filter and by looking this up they would have to change out the whole fuel pump. I do not want a phone call an email nothing from this. More

A very professional experience I came in for an oil change and drove right in the service area. I was greeted promptly and very courteously. I was directed to the waiting area as I came in for an oil change and drove right in the service area. I was greeted promptly and very courteously. I was directed to the waiting area as I needed a ride to work. I was a little disappointed in that the usual pastries were not there, and the TV was not on, so the was a bit of awkwardness with that. I was notified as soon as the shuttle was ready leave, and the driver took my information very quickly and we were on our way. It was a very safe ride, with professional conversation along the way.
